À propos
• Mattanoll is my first space for expression.A personal project blending nu-disco, funk, and pop, driven by a search for groove and texture.
• With Mowlo, I explore a different side of my work: composing and producing for other artists, in service of their vision.
• Then comes music for picture, under the names Théo Miranda and Théo Grasset.
A more narrative space, where music supports, enhances, and extends emotion.
I started music at the age of 6, in a specialized program at the conservatory, where I studied trumpet and later drums for nearly 9 years.
After that, I began composing my first tracks using a Revox tape recorder, then a Tascam 8-track recorder.
Later on, I discovered digital tools and expanded my workflow.
At 19, I signed a publishing deal with Warner Chappell, which allowed me to start placing tracks for other artists, while continuing to develop my personal project, Mattanoll.
After around fifteen years working for others, I felt the need to refocus on music for picture — something I had always been drawn to.
With the support of West One Music, I’ve had the opportunity to place music across documentaries, commercials, and TV shows.
In 2025, I composed the score for my first feature-length documentary, La Nuit de la Glisse, working with the challenge of adapting to an already edited film.
Today, I want to keep moving in that direction.
Over the years, I’ve learned not to take anything for granted. Music is a constant process of questioning, evolving, and most importantly, listening to collaborators as much as to the audience.
